ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

i like that idea behind our seats.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

I want to put one in my car upside down under the back deck lid in the trunk. I think the accord with the bose sounds system had it near there and like that. I just want to hide it and have hte wires follow along the top then go there a side panel.

Brandoncb7 - I don't mean to come across like an ass but I see why you irritate Aaron now.

No, it's from a bmw x5. The latch is to lift up the false floor. The buttons are for the power folding rear seat.

How about that for an amp rack

              Thanks.

Also i heard if you mount your amp to the box your using for your speakers, the speakers will draw power from your amp since they have huge magnets thus making you get less power than your supposed to be getting. Don't know how true that is but I moved my amp when I heard that. Just giving you a heads up in case it is true.

That may be true, but I would question it. If it did stand true, then how would that work out on the Bazooka tubes, with the amplifier built into the enclosure itself

Well since Magnetism follows the inverse square law i highly doubt that you would have an issue. You would have to be really close to it to affect the output of the amp. Not to mention Your amp will have some magnetic fields in it when its on anyway. So i doubt a little outside field would affect it at all. Ampa that have been built properly should have those tolerance built in for +/- something internally so i would say no to the rumor.

I agree with your conclusion, i have had both my amp mounted on my seat away from my subs, and mounted on the side of the sub box, and i couldnt notice the difference. Magnetism should not affect the output of the amp
