Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    So I have a sweet DX...

    I have a DX with no rear speakers. If I wanted to say, mount some speakers in the panel behind the speakers how would I go about that? Would I have to find a panel from a LX or above, cut holes are they already precut? I didn't think to look and see if they were pre-cut or not.

    Any advice would rock. Thanks!

    theres holes in the back already for some 6.5s. but my homeboi cut those precuts a bit to fit 6x9s,

        Yup, no rear speakers, no power anything and no Air Conditioning. But the car is a gem. So I couldnt pass it up. I work at a Honda Store as a sales professional, so getting A/C wont be hard as i got the hook up with the parts department.

          ah you dont need a/c, just extra weight, but you can definetely fit some 6x9's in there

            my 91 dx came w/ ac. and it looks like the guy who had it b4 me installed rear speakers. what r the size speakers r in the front, some ppl on here siad its 6.5, but the front panel/grill looks very small. looks like smaller than 5". so what is the correct size?

                  The DX trim was the cheapest of all but people can personalize it with extra features that will come from LX.. However you gotta pay extra for powered stuff. Even today obviously.

                    even new 07 DX models have optional rear speakers. Honda is weird like that

                      the dx is the lightest of the 4th gen accord trims and if it came with a factory manual transmission and swap in a more powerfull motor it would be a good all around performer.

                        Did you know that the dx also did not come with a right hand mirror. It was an option.

                          I've seen some this way too.
                          They also didn't have: rear seat armrest, map pockets (in back of the front seats), lighted vanity mirror on the passenger side, front seat armrest ('92-'93). I believe they didn't have to have an antenna either as there is a delete option to cover the hole. However, all came pre-wired for the antenna and rear speakers.

                          DX/LX had 6.5" in the rear.

                              PEOPLE PEOPLE sorry i dont wanna b a THREAD JACKER. but some 1 asked me about tweeter pods. I HAVE a LX and had tweeter pods in the front DOOR panals is this only for Lx ?
