Can anyone photoshop the wheels on my car, a different color, an do the inlets of the holes maroon for me please? they have about a 1 inflat space all the way around each hole......................

im thinkin about getting rid of them after i finish painting the inlets on the other 2 rims.... but they have BRAND NEW TIRES! sucks! lol they still got the green or blue lines running threw them... an the hunks of rubber tabs all on the sidewalls
