thanks man, i appreciate the warm welcome. the header didn't exactly bolt right to the cat as advertised. it was a tight squeeze and kinda hard to get on. But gosh, I personally love the way it sounds with the silencer out. I don't think it can get much better, and for 113 bucks shipped to my door... who can complain?

Why would you gut a brand new cat?For the raspier sound or the worse gas mileage.

i'm not going to gut it now haha. as you said it's new. and it seems to flow pretty well. but the only reason i have a new cat is because its the only thing i could get over night. and plus my old cat was rusted to the rest of the exhaust
