New shoes for my CB!

Ok....first off I KNOW it needs to be LOWER and that will come soon! lol I threw these on after getting the tires mounted around 11pm sat night, went home, mounted the shoes on the car and rolled out for a few min to show everyone. I commute 100 miles to and from work each day ( every three weeks ) and this is my week SO.....it will sit at this ride height for the week! I need a camber kit anyway. Ill slam it out best I can for Spring Fling car show in Panama City Beach this coming up weekend and ill take pics at the show.

I know all in all this is not everyones thing but this is what I wanted and even at current ride height im very happy! Very much a fan of low offset! These are all quicky iPhone pics....my DLSR and I will have a good time this weekend!

I did a lot of looking and that was the best tire size suited to my needs. Good treadwear rating and i wanted lowest profile without too much stretch as I also want to keep it safe and drivable as possible. this is my daily

But nice nonetheless. I guess for me, if I had a set, ill color match them 2 my car, to be unique.

I actually am wanting to paint them, I got a good deal on the wheels which is why I have them but I like them more now that they are on the car then when I got them. Prolly wont color match but will eventually have the centers painted some color....im also considering a color change on the car down the road so i have to plan all this to work together

looks good man, i just got the xxr 002 in 16x8 0 offset
i also liked em better once they were on my car
if ur planning on adding negative camber i suggest you go with the rear camber kit from wicked tuning, it allows 3 degrees of negative camber
that should be enough to tuck in ur wheels

I'm not a fan of stretched tires "look".
But the car overall looks clean.

Dont worry about the ride height, your oil pan, ball joints, tires and axles will thank you later.

yeah i cant rock the negative camber look too much as I cant afford new tires every three months lol. Going to drop a lil more, get it close to the fenders and see what I think. Have to depend on this car for myself and 2 other guys i work with and commute with so i have to keep it somewhat tame which for me is hard as I like to go all out. Will just have to see where it goes i guess! Thanks again all

stretched tires will kill your car.

looks good though... get rid of the stretch and get more low
