Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Busted!!!!!

    i dont know who it was but on I-485 last nite there was a cb-7 racing a mustang 5.0,and they blew past me and the wife.we stopped to get gas and got back on the road,a few miles down the police were towing both cars away. so if you steet race in charlotte watch out,because i was told by a cop that the police are using siezed tuner cars to bait you into a race. BE CAREFULL

      thats ... they cant provoke you to race. if your at a red light and theres an undercover next to you in a skyline , rx-7 or whatever they cant try to race you cuz then you can just take em to court and they are just going to drop the charges. they're getting srt-8 chargers down hurr in orlando to do the same thing but they dont actually race you they just wait for you to start something and then bust yo azz

        Yes some police departements are using cars they seize as police cars. I have seen a Nissan 350 and a highly modified Mustang Cobra that they were using as police cars.

          I think he was just trying to make yo ass clench. hahaha cuz they're just breakin their own rules as policmen that they "swore" under oath. -correct me if im wrong tho...watched too much COPS as a kid hahaha.

                x2...that's total i'm pretty sure that a cop can't lure you into a race...i would fight that in court

                      i actually found out NC is using a SVT Mustang Cobra(600hp AFTER they took all the illigal parts off. must have some motor work done.) and a Twin Turbo 350Z. yeah. um over cbs wont out run them. in any way shape of form. Accord_SiR could. but i doubt he'd get in trouble to have them after him.

                        Oh but they can, will, and have been for years. There are quite a few cops in Winston-Salem...Theres a black civic hatch, In High Point theres a 99 civic Si...

                            If you weren't breaking the law until the police officer goaded you into it, it IS entrapment. Yes, you broke the law by racing, but he initiated it. He instigated it. If it weren't for his actions, you wouldn't have raced him.
