ok within 2000-2007 there was a movie that involved this guy who could see creatures that only came out at night and when they came around like electrical stuff would freak out. i want to say that is Alone in the Dark but i am not sure. l remember that the main character was afraid of the dark and wouldnt sleep because of these creatures and no one believed that they existed
