ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

IMO both cars can look amazing with the right parts. Personally I'm a CB guy. I think its the nicest Accord body Honda's ever designed.

the sides have a big ass curve
the black molding on the cd look wack
      its bigger
the cloth seats seem weaker then the cbs
      seems fatter

      like
the carpets have a stiched accord
      more modern curvy
      interior dash is nicer
      airbags
      armrest included

      add more if wanted
92-93's have an airbag and armrest so you really can't mention that.

I think both can look good in their own right. The only thing I don't care for too much in the CB is the squareness of its edges and the large tailights on the earlier models. One of the reasons I love my car so much are its small taillights. They didnt shrink them again like this on sedans until 2006. You don't need much back there, I dunno why Honda makes them so big sometimes. I also like CDs 94-95 EX wheels better. Oh yeah, my doppelganger SiR. Do 4th gens have an SiR trim somewhere?

I love all the grill options (after market) for the cd, heck, even the oem one is hot.

I used to want to get rid of my car for a CD. Now, I'm the other way around. I like the CD for the most part (aside from the engines... not a fan of the F22B1/2) Still, the lines of the CB appeal to me more. The CD got all sortsa bubbly, IMO.

Of course, done right, CDs have set me drooling...

I figured I'd see you in this thread Your car is definitely one of the CDs I really like.

There was no SiR version of the CB as far as I know. The best engine in any CB was a 150hp SOHC. No DOHC ever came stock... though they should have, since they drop right in there!

I had some 94 EX alloys to go along with my 93 EX alloys... I like em both. I ended up selling the 94s to a friend, and keeping the 93s. I guess they just look "right" on the CB.

i personally like the cb way better than the cd and any other new car with the round body style.. to me their ugly, i like how car makers are coming back with the squarish body.

Deev, the DOHC was the 150hp engine.

I used to own a 1994 Ex coupe 5spd. Them things run good, but I sold it and chose its older sister for her little less weight and and more of the oldskoolish look. But ill always have love for the cd5 no doubt all accord owners STAND UP!

I dunno about 4th gens, seems like CB7 encompasses all body styles except the CB9 wagon? Someone please correct me on that. But, 5th gens arent just CD5s. Lemme break it down..hammer time!
