ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Deev this is for you(NEWBS READ)

you know what? i dont find it at all fair that Deev has to always have these warnings and crap in his sig constantly reminding people to follow sig rules. its all over the place. there was a thread about it. he even took sigs off for a while.

NEWBS: follow the f***in rules. its that simple. its complete bullocks that yall want to come up here asking for help but cant follow simple stuff. are you not able to read? sometimes i ponder that when i read your post saying "aye yo my tires be rubbin mane. iz theyre ne wayz i can stop dap stuff yo?" wtf? its called reading. try it some time. or stop tryin gto go by todays trend and put like freakin 50" rims on you 18 year old car. 16s are ok. 17s, are ok. 18s are ok. 19 is pushing it.

some of yall have the habit of posting a pic of your car thats the size of my computer screen in every post. STOP IT!!!! omg. if you want to post a pic of your car do it in the image gallery.

TO THE VETERANS OF CB7TUNER: you know the rules. you got like 40 billion post and you cant have a sig the size it's supposed to be. wtf? yall know who you are.

and for the newbs who hate the 30 post count rule. so what? unless you are burning inside with the desire to fill everyones heads with knowledge SHUT THE **** UP ABOUT IT!!!! who cares you have to make 30 worth while post. guess what? its to protect you from scammers. you know what Deev? i say you take the 30 post rule off. but anyone whos new gets scammed by someone, if they complain about it instant ban. they complain about it again perma-ban. you bloddy bastards decide you want to complain about the rules, bugger off and go somewhere else.

and to anyone who has something negative to say about this(except Deev) shut up and go count your dick

I have an idea..... i think.

Well, ya know how the classifieds have a password?
Can there not be something like that for noobs.

Like, they HAVE to read the stickies before viewing any other part of the forum?
And have a password in each sticky that they have to enter in order to read the next sticky?

Yeah, I think I might be f*ed up in the head.

dude i completely agree with u guys. i think that a password is whats needed 2 get people 2 start readin the stickies. i remember the first time i tried gettin into the classifides... i had 2 read the sticky 3 times until i finally found it. i think all passwords should b hiddin at the end of the post. that way u actually have 2 read them inorder 2 go any further

Then they'll just scroll down and press 'yes'

I do that when reading the EULA

i kinda do agree with you. but not at the end. maybe hidden in the words somewhere so people actually have to read to find out.

but for the new people, i think they should have to get a password(or even a test) from the mods in order to start posting. if they dont then they can only post in the off-topic and beginners section. and if their caugh selling or doing stuff other than what the section says is allowed. ban.

no offence to Deev but if i were him the next time i see someone selling the beginners section id ban them. the rules have been up there long enough. theres no reason why they should go in there still trying to sell.

The "warning" is in the stickies.

If they don't read, that's their fault.
