Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    am i accepted yet??

    ok well as some of remember i joined this forum in search of the infinite wisdom of the all mighty F22a1 builds for my 89 prelude si....


    well ive waited for some time now for the right deal to come along so i can purchase a motor and trans setup.... well with my luck last week i found a ad in the local newspaper advertising a 93 Accord Ex... 202k miles on car, interior is in so and so condition, and the car was in a suttle front end wreck... well the guy bought a 91 front Dx and was having issues lining shit up... well DUH lol... and later after awhile he was gonna give up and said he was just gonna get the car running and drive it as is due to gas prices.... so it sat for awhile and never moved.... he said it ran fine b4 the accident and that he figured that the fuel pump was just crappy for sitting for a long time.... errrr wrong... so he said the hell with it... $200 come and get the car!! so iam like hell... thats not bad for a motor and trans combo... so i get there and the car was sitting on flats tires all the way around (so i borrowed my buddies gangsta trios lol) and slapped them on to roll onto the trialor....i got the car home and i wanted to fiddle with the car to get the motor running before i pull the engine.... well after a few mins of online searching i just swapped the main relay and WALLA... a running F22... but as you can see from the pics, i cant dare tear this car apart... its to clean, just needs a lil tlc and a paint job

    so my goals are... repaint, new wheels, drop it, front lip, tint windows and rock it as a new DD....

    i'd just fix what isn't right first then mod it though. get all that shit lined up now.
    ....and on the 7th day, deevergote rested and called his mom.

      well of coarse iam gonna get the panels all lined up... then time to scuff and shoot... thinkin Flat Tan with a set of black wheels...not to sure yet of coarse tho as iam new to this sort of Honda Breed

            i see most ppl rock the Legend front lip... the more i see pics the more iam debating it.... any other options?? pssht wait listen to me ask such a newb question without searching lol...

            what color you think i should go fellas?

            iam thinking of just sanding her down and rattle canning her (yes it can be done right if patient)... either a ultra flat khaki with a flat black hood.... or a ultra flat drop olive green with a flat black hood...

            i have a thing for flat colors and i know the interior will flow with either color choice... might i add i wanna tint the windows to 35% and possibly the windshield (cus i can get away with it in my state... naw naw naw naw nawwwww) lol god iam an ass

              you have a nice car for the start of a good project and you cant beat the price I,d like to find one for that

              plus its nice to see another fellow member from prelude power on here that doesn,t think the only car you should own is a prelude. Not that that theres any thing wrong with ludes cause I have one right now but cb7 are awsome cars as well
              needing a new project got rid of bagged S10 going back to Honda's

                the khaki would be something that ive never seen so i would go with that, it will also match the interior nicer i would do it without a flat black hood though. i have 35% tint all around also and i love it. its just no accepted in ny but i've gotten away with it so far.

                  ya iam swinging more so khaki.... and i really wanna flat black the hood... worst case its not as if i cant recover it with khaki down the road lol.... but i should have this thing painted by the end of the day and hopefully a better hood setup.... wish me luck

                        from the discription of how you wanted to paint it it will definatly be different, i never knew you lived in Rapid city, SD that makes 7 or more lol, cant wait to see it ill have to come back up there once its all done

                            welcome to the best forum on the net. i like those rims tho lookin good!

                            i had a buddy with those rims on an 89 and i was gonna take it. problem was wrong bolt battern!

                            anyway keep it real bro and keep it early 90's!
