ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    What To Do!!!!

Waz good. do you think it is a god idea to buy a cb7 whit 200,000 miles for 1200 bucks. it ran realy good. he said that he changed the timing belt, axels, ball joints, and some more stuff. the only problem is that the speedo cable is broken ( no big deal to me). so if it was your moneyh ould you buy it?

hmm manual or auto? what color? and do you like/want it? lol cause if its nice and a manual id pay 1200 for it lol
You don't have to like what he did, but I would hope that you can appreciate the time, money and love that went in to the build. If you can't, you're not really an enthusiast, just another dumb kid with a car.-visualpoet

          I don't think CB7s have a speedo cable... I know my 93 doesn't.

But yeah, sounds like a pretty good deal to me! Depending on the physical condition like if it has rust or not.

yes it is a stick and the body looks good except for a litle bit of honda rust. the only thing that is stoping me from buying it is the fact that i am in college now and dont have the time like i had before to work on my car.

You don't have to modify it the minute you get it.
Modify it little at a time.

                you're in college?

if you like it, buy it. we dont have speedo cables. its all electronic. either his vss went out, the gauge cluster needs to be replaced, or the guy cut a wire somewhere.

I'm thinking thats a bit to high, i got my accord with 113k miles on it for 1500, its a 5spd with all power options, and its minty fresh, even though its not a popular color combo. I think you should be patient, and a you will end up with something much nicer

if its riced id stay away. modified especially with little taste means the guy probably halfassed things. if the speedo doesnt work that means he might have messed with wires too. that could be too much of a project to take on. if you dont have time to work on a car you dont want to take someone elses halfass project
