ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Is it possible??

Im considering moving out. I want to know how much all bills will cost. I pay 200/mth rent which isnt bad but idk how much the average bill cost is monthly. My gf is moving in with me she works full time at walmart, making roughly 375 every two weeks, and i work part time at applebees(30+ hours a week) making 275 every two weeks. Note that im 17 and cant get a full time job to im 18 do you think we could afford this.

And she is 19 so she is renting the apartment so dnt commet saying i cant becasue im underage.

Well, anything is possible. Being young tho may be your down fall. These days, people want the perspective leasee/renter to have some sort of rental history/credit history. I don't know how it is where you are, but, you could look for some low income apartments, or something similar. But yes, it should be possible

It's possible... but with a COMBINED income of only $1300, you're going to be living pretty tight.

I wouldn't do it. you're just setting yourself up for failure.

I know but the house im living in now isnt healthy i would rather be living tight than living with a dad that treats me like shit and talks bad to me everyday. They spoil my sister and dont give me anything or help with anything including my car insurence or any bills i do have. I worked 40+ hours when i was 16 just to pay for my college mechanical classes. They have the money they just wont help me. He keeps trying to get me emancipated so he doesnt have to house me.

                  No you didn't.
You said "I pay 200/mth rent".
Which, to the reader, means that you currently pay $200/month where you currently are.
You made no mention of utilities.

                      You should be fine then.
Rent and utilities will only be about 1/6 of your combined income.

Thanks man for taking the time to read my thread and help me out. Im really scared of failure. But i found the apartment with 200/month rent and just thought to myself thats a good deal. They are really nice one bedrooms apartments. They were just built and i will be the first one living in it hopefully.

and yeah what vdub said. you'll realize shit you'll never see about your girl until you actually move in with them.

200 a month dosnt sound right. My rent is $1150 a month. Before you move out you should by as many things for your new place you can. Its not easy moving into your your first place.
