ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

What the hell? Down to $690?

Why're the h22's at tigerjapanese prices dropping so cheap?

they used to be 850 over the summer, then went down to 750...now the h22a motor AND the automatic transmission's 850, and the h22 itself is only 690!! This is the shit that keeps messin' up what I wanna do. Next thing ya know, they're gonna be like 400 bucks. haha, can only wish. It's like..140-150 to ship to most places in the US, so 690...140, 830 bucks to get an h22 in your driveway.

Economy. Now is a good time to go to places like these and make an offer. If its reasonable they'll probly take it just to keep moving product.

People don't have money these days. Engine swaps are a luxury.

Plus, the K series is becoming more common, and K-equipped cars are also becoming more affordable. RSXs and 7th gen Accords are verging on "old" now. The cars that take the H22 aren't quite as popular as they were. Basically, the only cars that really demand the H22 now are the 4th gen Prelude (because the 5th gen all had them), the 4th, 5th, and 6th gen Accord... and that's it. Everything else is easier with a B series. If you were to put an H22 in a Civic or Integra, it would require mounts and special stuff... same as with a K series... so the K is the option now!

Grab em up while you can. Tiger may also be giving one last shot at staying in business... this might be a sign that their doors are going to be locked very soon.

Everyone's economy is so bad ight now. It's not just us average joe's that are hurting. The world economy is down, so, it's possible Tigerjapanese's supplier, in Japan is feeling the pinch...which flows down to us.

Maybe I might be spending the 700 on an engine rather than my suspension ATM.

Or like Deevergote said, they might be closing...soon.
