ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

coming from a guy who works in the impound...here is some advice:

In the event that your car is impounded you can always go down to the Impound lot or yard ( depends on what kind of language you guys use in carious parts) and claim everything ( with the exception of audio equipment, such as Ipods and subs and amps and etc). Everything not included, can be claimed.

Also for the things that you cannot take such as audio, I would advise you to take pictures ( some yards do not allow this, but this why you have a second person..have them run interference, and snap a few pictures)

it is also very important that you have the correct time date on the photos, in the event that the items that you have in your car or truck, come up missing.

Also the sooner you do this, the better. So my advice is, next day after your car is impounded, you go down to the yard, collect the valubles, establish a presence with the yard people.

Also it should be noted that people who work in the impound lot are doing job. Coming into the Impound lot and pulling gun, or making verbal threats is a good way to ensure a good beating. Also its a fair bet that if you do pull a gun, that the impound yard has plenty of them. ( the one I work at has 18 different weapons..) I have had 4 different people pull or show their weapon, thinking it will make the impound yard do whatever they like..until we pull our guns out.

Also in the State of Arizona the only thing that accounts for a full 30 day impound is a DUI/Extreme DUI...other impounds can be either 2 to 15 days depending on the offense.

its a lot harder to acquire a weapon in california especially a concealed one so for an average person, i guess it's kinda rare.

but then again my car was impounded in east palo alto. im sure everyone has heat there.
