Tasauto not recomended/poor service

Just so you all know I wouldn't buy anything from Tasauto.com. I keep ordering items for my car and they come damaged and missing pieces and i know its not ups because the actual box's that they come in are not damaged. Then i try getting into contact with people on the site and i received zero response. I even tried talking to the member on this site who was just as useless and gave no reply. So i would advise people to not order anything from Tasauto until they learn how to take care of the customers who pay their check. stick to other sites.

Wow, this is the first I have ever heard of a bad experience with them. I've ordered quite a few things from them, including the ROH conversion package. And I always had quick and great service from them. No problems.

Did you try calling them?
If not, that would probably be the best way to voice the problems you experienced.

Contacting them directly would clear up any issues. PMing the one representative that is a member of this site is not the best way to get ahold of them... he doesn't log on all that often.

They've always taken good care of my members. The few times I've heard of problems, they have been fixed with a simple phone call. Attempting to resolve the issue with the company before publicly bashing them would be a very smart idea.

Iv always had good experiences with TASpro and iv bought countless things from them.

i've ordered countless things from TAS and i've NEVER EVER had a bad experience with them. When i ordered theiir suspension restoration kit and wanted OEM LBJs, i called them up and they got me all squared away and got me order within a few days.

When i ordered the SS clutch hose for my 5spd swap, the company that made the hoses used fittings for 9293s so i called up TAS and they had the the right fitting machined for me after i mailed them the rubber stock hose for my '90.

I don't think Steve works with the company anymore so i think it's someone else as the Rep on here.

i dont believe this. i think that you ordered one item from them and only one item and had a poblem with that one item. TASauto is very reputable and if you havent been taken care of im sure you will be soon.

Alright ill try calling the number, but unless they can re send it to me or give me a refund im never using them again and will let people know of the bad service. I have bought three items 2/3 were damaged.

According to this thread theyve only messed 1 out of about 6 orders. Not bad, all things considered.

Many of use have ordered from them numerous times... so it's more like one out of 15-20.

More like 1 out of 200 cause iv ordered at least 30 parts from them ranging from windshield washer nozzles to hood latches to radiator brackets... Iv never had any problem with them...


Im sure theres more of us that can say the same thing..

Your best bet would be to still try to get back in contact with them and see if you can return the goods to get something worked out. Because bad communication between customers when it comes to shit like this is bad for business.
