ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Legend partout

So I found a guy locally who is parting out a 95 legend sedan. I have already called and told him that I am going to get the lip ($35 bux, not a bad deal) but I was wondering if there were any other pieces I might look for to snag for my cb. Might pick up the spoiler, but ns what other pieces you guys might recommend looking at.

um if it has leather seats i think you can custom fit them.

Yeah I was thinking bout grabbing the seats. Haven't found an install thread yet (haven't searched too much) and I'm not sure how hard it would be to make em fit.

        $35....for the lip?
IDK about Tennessee but, that lip is pricey, I pay only like $10 here at my local junk yard...

is it a coupe or sedan?

cut your factory rails off , and weld them to the new seats . That is after cutting off the new seat brackets .If you don't know how to weld , hit up a exhaust shop and make a friend. But deff. get the seats if he is reasonable priced.

I've checked a few local junkyards and there aren't too many legelnd lips to be found around here. Called one place and the dude had one but wanted 65 for it. Just kinda laughed and hung up the phone. Yeah I'm hoping he doesn't want too much for the seats...id love to do a leather swap.

What trim is it? If its a GS sedan or any coupe get the front calipers and the type 2 badge from the intake manifold and then make a for sale thread in which you sell me the badge

Why does everyone keep saying "what is it? coupe or sedan?"... he says in the very first post, "95 Legend Sedan".

The sedan lip won't fit properly. I believe it's short. Usable, but the coupe lip is the one everyone wants.

Your referring to the trend to not read the entire OP, lol....whats worse is when a question is asked and answered a 2nd or 3rd time in the same thread, sometimes on the FIRST page even.....not that Im telling you something you dont already know

Well the guy never called to give me directions so hopefully I can get in touch with him tomorrow. And yeah its a sedan lol but I don't know what trim level. Gonna try and grab the calipers, hood props if they are the right ones and maybe the seats if he hasn't crunched the car yet.
