Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    speeding ticket help

    whats up i need some help i got a speeding ticket and need info on possibly beating the ticket he said i was going 82 on a 65 and equipment used was pace (what the hell does pace mean?)by the way it happened in jersey by a state trooper.the ticket is $220 and 4 pionts i cannot afford this shit right now

    I believe pace means that they were following you, and recorded speeds. you can get a lawyer, or just pay the ticket and take it like a man. You were speeding, you were caught. Case closed...











    ...Next time, keep it at 73-74 and you will be fine.

      yea paced means he was following you and matching your speed. id pay it and not worry about a lawyer if you arent worried about the points. lawyers are expensive and youll probably get the judge to drop points and some of the fine if you just go in and tell them your sorry and blah blah blah. youll have to pay court costs doing that too but its worth it. its probably like 25$ depending on how much it is in your area. trust me ive gotten pulled over many times and had to go to court and stuff

        see thats the thing I dont go more than 75 unless im cutting someone off or racing but thats another topic this cop was a real jerk usually they see that im in my work cloth and not fu*cking around and give a warning.(thats wat happened to my friend) I gave my pba card and he did not even care for it.

            Generally yes. I don't know how it is up there but here you can just pay the ticket and go to traffic school. Which for us here you will not lose any points and your insurance does not find out. Tickets suck but you pay it once and you done. Insurance they don't forget for at least 3-5 years which means higher rates. Also you could get a lawyer to get it knocked down to faulty equipment which does not go on your record at all. But it will cost 75-300 for a lawyer (depending on the lawyer if he can do it or not).

                  wow...only 4......i got a speeding ticket last mouth in nyc in the amount of $144.00......doing 65 in a 40 limit area...and got 6 points on my shit....i'm mad now .....you got 220 and only 4....what is the world coming to........now i have to pay $300.00 also for that damn DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY ASSESSMENT....or i will lose my privilege to drive in new york......since my license is an out-of-state lic*....damn only 4 are you sure.....?....damn can't believe it at all... ....and i can't afford it either but thats the price to pay when your speeding trying to get to school on this to take a midtrerm...lol.........oh well!... CAN SOMEBODY HELP THIS GUY.......




                  and your car in your sig looks like mine in the night with the blue lights....i was about to say....why the hell he got a pix of my car.....lol
