ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Who has a custom 90-91 grill?

I have a 92, but i got a 90-91 grill at the junkyard, and im painting the chrome square and the piece with the "H" in it black, but i taped off the H itself so its still chrome....just wondering if anyone has something like this or a different variation. If u want post pics, and ill post one of mine when its done tomorrow or sunday.

nope, your right, its gonna look just like yours when its done. I've gotta sand out a little imperfection tomorrow and then give it the paint, right now its just primed....i thought about spraying the main black plastic piece chrome, so it would have a reverse look, but thats something that would either look really good or really tacky, and thats too much of a gamble.

ya, painting the main piece chrome would most likely be tacky. GL

I cut the H out of mine and put a mesh grill in, like a bunch of others have done. Looks good though.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

Ummm i think its more of a satin finish really, but the can of paint i used says on the front "Trim Paint"...its duplicolor brand, and the label on the front is green. Your right though, its a little shinier than flat, but it still looks fine to me

hey buddy, like the blacked out grill, I love to see good DIY jobs. Because these accords are so rare down here in Australia nearly everything has to be a DIY job, allthough i did manage to get my hands on a wicked body kit the other day to fit mine. Look after yourself
"Am i crazy? Or am i so sane that i just blew your mind?"
