I was dissapointed with the fight. it didnt live up to the hype IMO. mayweather didnt make it a good fight. He made De la Hoya chase him around the whole ring just so de la hoya could get a few shots and look like hes doing some damage

man thats boxing all boxers just dont go toe to toe. i didnt get to see the fight but if mayweather was running like people say, thats called sticking and moving. if de la hoya didnt like him running he should have used his bigger body to corner him and do some damage. but floyd didnt let him thats boxing. i suggest if you wanna see guys go toe to toe and beat the crap outta each other watch ufc. but even in there sometimes they dont scrap like you wanna see. they hold each other on the floor like their in love lol

Mayweather didn't did not beat De La Hoya, just because your a fan of Mayweather dont be ignorant and say he whiped ass because he didn't. De la hoya took Mayweather where no other boxer has taken him before. oh and guess what De la hoya knew Mayweather wasn't hard to beat, thats why he wants a rematch. Mayweather didn't hurt De la hoya at all so i dont know wich fight you saw, i never seen mayweather fight untill lastnight and to find out he's going to retire when boxers like Cotto & Mosely and waiting for him tells me he knows he cant beat them, he's a bitch!!!

And if Mayweather ever tries to fight "Mosely" he will get his ass whoped, Mosely has if not the same or better speed then Mayweather, and he has may more punchin power.

Look boxers are going to say whatever it takes for people to by tickets and buy pay per view. Mayweather made it his fight,oscar only got 3 rounds,although some rounds were very close. Now we if look at the stats mayweather threw less punches but landed about twice of what de la hoya landed which was 122 punches out of 500 something. Mayweather landed 200 something and threw about 400 punches. Oscar did look busy in the fight but a lot of those punches were blocked or missed. Mayweather was the smarter boxer and was slicker,both fighters said they will knock the other guy out to sell tickets. Mayweather is smart if he really wants to retire 38-0 record is perfect,he shouldn't juice his career more before he does lose and end up like de la hoya whitch has lost most of his last fights. I hope this fight brought back boxing,eventho ufc and pride dominate fight fans.Can't wait to see winky vs hopkins,looks like its gonna be a good fight.

Delahoya should have one, look maywheater was talking all this shit and all he fucking did was ran around like a pussy.Delahoya on the other hand took the fight to maywheater and you cold see the fucking fear in maywheaters eyes when ever delahoya had him in the ropes or a corner.That fight was totale BS, Delahoya won.Even fans of Maywheater that were with me said that fight was BS.Delahoya took it.Just my thoughts on the fight maywheater screwed up.

look people numbers dont lie this is like for us running at the track,the slips dont lie dont tell me de la hoya got a 14.5 and mayweather got a 13.2 but de la hoya won

the link i posted above says it all. mayweather outclassed de la hoya,de la hoya was busy but didnt land anything,untill he would corner mayweather for a few seconds. mayweather picked oscar apart in the middle of the ring with his speed. mayweather was the defensive fighter,the same way oscar was against trinidad when trinidad chased him around the whole fight. gotta give mayweather props for going up 20 pounds in a class he has never fought in and beat one of the best and gotta give oscar props for not getting tired as fast as people thought he would.

man that fight licked balls! mayweather did nothing but run and hug!!! i mean yeah he de la hoya with the jabs, but they both left the same way they came in, no blood, no bruises. waste of maoney and time, i think the first fight with the philipino (boom boom) was better! this was all so de la hoya can ask for the rematch and they make more money outta that!
