Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Stolen exhaust WTF

    Today in Arlington while I was at work, someone stole my exhaust while I was working *sniff sniff* it was not a total badass exhaust just a aftermarket dual tip exhaust that came with car. Today it was raining really hard and thats more than likely when it was stolen. I let my friend drive the car while i was at work but he didnt think nothing of it, he thought i just put something new in the car to make it sound that way. when i finally came out it sounded all riced out like crazy. i found out what had happenend,THE EXHAUST WAS GONE!! They apparently hacked the pipe behind the back passenger side tire and took off with it.
    Its so messed up and I dont understand why anyone who would want it. I have another fart can exhaust i got from a friend and I did not want to get it mounted, but right now im still saving for my dream exhaust so i have no choice.

          They prolly used power tools. Hand tools is kinda hard to do with...

                I saw a thing on w.g.n in chicago about people getting their exhaust ripped off and their cats stolen , the crack heads are stealing them because they getting high dallar at the scrap yard (cats and exhaust).

                      yea i do work in the most ghetto part of town but really wth is up with that? i dont know if they did use power tools because more than likely it was raining like mad down here.

                        eh im worried about getting the apexi exhaust ive been wanting so bad, but would having the car drop somewhat help prevent my exhaust from getting lopped off? how much ya'll think it would cost to remount another one back. axle back with the muffler provided?

                          I don't know about the price of mounting one, but it shouldn't be too much more than the shops service charge. It is a pretty simple thing to do, as long as you can torque the bolts down to the right amount you could probably so it yourself. As far as the car being lower preventing your exhaust from being stolen, it would ju8st make it harder to access.

                              lol thats the craziest thing i have ever heard of thats been stolen off a car im mean wtf? (let me pull out my cordless jig saw get under this car in the rain and hack off this exhaust for crack money) sorry dude
