Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!
ok ok seriously...uhm...I'm gonna say...maybe...unless something in there is all busted up...I know when I worked at the shop we had to remove an ignition lock and have it re-keyed...then it busted again...so not so sure how reliable that's gonna be
as to the pass. side...I have to do that with the supra...just unlock the pass side...and always carry something with you if you feel like a big douche
otherwise to hell with what folks say and unlock from the pass and walk around...
or...
shave em all off and keyless entry that biaaa...course that costs money__

So if I change the key am I gonna have to change the ignition and the trunk lid lock becuz I think it wouldn't be worth it.....basically imma have to change all the locks......should I call honda and ask them.....I tried spraying WD40 and it didn't help.....my father said its probably one of the springs in the cylinder got busted......

hes talking about his door.Originally posted by Gyuri87Hmm. It happened several times before that I couldn't turn the key in the ignition. Isn't that just one of those problems where you have to hit the steering and move it around as much as you can even though it has it's position locked?
To the OP try Graphite Lubricant. Its like grease for locks.
If not, then switch locks with your driver and passanger door if you dont want to open through the door. Then, just get another lock and get it rekeyed at the blacksmith. WHen i went to mine he said $20 for each lock. I have an extra door lock if you want it.
The only reason im not saying to just get that same lock rekeyed is becasue of what bcjammerx said.

I thought the dealer would actually match it to your key if you bought it through them... But it could be just me. If you take out the tumbler in the lock, and see ANY kind of damage (bent out pins, or pins that wont go back up) that lock is going to be defective. Buying a *new* lock and getting it rekeyed to your key is your best route. Ive had too many problems getting my dad to rekey the old ones. You could also just try and buy the tumbler if its available. If not your going to have to get the whole lock.

i went to a blacksmith's today and he said i have to leave the lock and key with him......if the lock is defected should i go to honda to see if i can get a lock.....and i was also thinking to switch the passanger side lock with the driver side one....maybe i might do that and take the defected one to the blacksmith....
