SOHC VTEC is the worst possible idea ever. It's a horrible motor. F22A if you can't go with a DOHC motor.

For economy, it's a great motor. It's not bad when it comes to being reliable or efficient... but for any sort of performance, it's absolutely worthless.

its in eh.. ok fairly bad shape haha.

no rear doorpanels no backseats. a lil bit of rust but actually not to bad for the car being a year older then me.. and i believe the tach doesnt work..

its got new axles.. uhh thats all i can think of right now

i think thats the motor like.. ive heard something like, you can put an h22 head on it and vtec it and stuff.. but its supposedly very complicated or something.. anyone got any info on that?

or am i speaking nonsense?

F22B isn't a bad engine at all. It's a good solid performer with lots of upgrade potential. If you're thinking about H22 at all, though, stick with a complete engine. Swapping heads can get you into a lot more than you might be prepared for with a first time build. There's a lot involved, and if done improperly, it can self-destruct pretty easily and then you're out the cost of TWO motors.

P.S. - With a good shell, you can do just about anything. OEM interior parts are cheap enough, and junk yards are typically filled with Accords to source them from.
