ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Ebay rebuilt parts

I was wondering if this part was worth buying? I want to rebuild the f22 instead of buying a h22.(just do not have the money)

oh nothing i was thinking why not just replace the whole damn thing you know. It is already rebuilt for me. The car is also my DD and I can not have it a part for weeks on end(well once my wife gets her car maybe).

ebay doesn't sell parts... private people or companies sell parts on ebay.

That being said, the price is right, the shop seems legit by their claims, and the head looks clean... if that's the one you get (and it says "these heads", so they probably have a few... that is probably not YOUR head in the picture)

The listing DOES show it as being for 88-91 Accords, so while the head may be rebuilt, they clearly don't know much about what they're selling. That may or may not matter.

Only 41 sales, though... 9 were purchases. They've been in on ebay for about a year.

For half the price($140 actually), I could do the following
              -disassemble/clean head
              -resurface/mill
              -replace valve stem seals
              -3 angle valve job

That price is without a core charge, though. Not that you can't find an F22A head for $50 or less if you look... but still. Less than $300 for a cleaned, rebuilt, shipped head isn't TOO bad of a deal. Especially with a 1 year guarantee (I wonder what that entails, though)

My only prob is i wish i had another so that i could do all that fun stuff.
Also I am so indecisive of what to do as far as the motor goes. If you can find past post from I was going turbo and then I wanted to do the H22 and now I kinda want to hook up the f22. I guess money is the issue. My mind follows my motor. As for right now I am just working on the suspension and may do the brake swap. I just got the Type 2 a week ago and have them installed. They are pretty damn tight. My next step is to get a rear sway bar and get polyurethane bushing kit.

I wanna finish everything suspension first and then work on performance later.
