ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Window Swap

well my new accord is bone stock and i want to take my tinted windows of my old accord and put the on the new one. I no you can take off the front and rear windows easy. But what about the small rear windows. I searched and found that when you take the door panal off there is a small screw that holds the black piller on. And that you can slide the glass in. However that was for a broken window. Can the little window be taken out?

btw this should be in appearence ...i could have swore i clicked it but i guess i hit beginner technical/proformence ...my bad

i doubt the little windows can be taken out without being broken or the sealant cut out. but i might be wrong. would prob be easier to swap all your tinted windows and just get the little ones re-tinted.

do you can take them out without breaking them. There is no "one time" sealant thing that your thinking of. Its 2 rubber tracks that seal once pressurized in.

AS to how, i have no clue what i did. I was stripping apart the car.

Takin' your window out isn't hard at all I promise its not!! I'm a female and yesterday mine fell off track, litterally was sitting in the door and wouldn't move. Its two screws that are a 10mm that hold the window in place from the bottom. Putting it on track is the hardest thing to do BUT it can be done!! I had a haynes manual for my backup also and I didn't even scratch the tent on my window Grab a haynes manual.. it's helped me hella lots!!

Ya once you take those two screws out at the bottom where the rack is it will slide right out. My window came completely off that LMAO it was just sitting int he door panel haha!! All you need is a 10mm socket and an extention because the one closest to the motor is hard to reach. It's pretty easy but putting it back on track is a bishhhhhhhh! If I can do it and I'm a girl I know you can do it Took me umm about 30 minutes give or take a lil bit Good luck bud!!
