    2.5" catbacks?

I seem to be having trouble finding a nicely sized catback for the h22 cb. All of the brand names I look at are 60mm (2.36"). Can anyone help me find a good 2.5" catback for less than $500?

and please no one suggest ebay..

    Megan racing is 2.5

    OR
if you ain't that much of a picky person , go to a muffler shop and get a custom 2.5 piping..

I got a custom piping 2.25 with tsudo muffler and paid $180 for installation and materials.

      2.5

I am thinking 2.5 inch kteller piping kit and Vibrant muffler/good resonator/catco high flow cat....answering your question, most of the ones I have encountered are 60 mm if they are full catbacks pre-made. A friend of mine actually got one off a JDM 5th Gen wagon....and it was 60 mm....so unless you go custom made, it may be hard to find.

I myself have a full 2.5 inch custom piping, but may I ask why you are dead set on 2.5 and not really feeling the 2.36?

Also might I add....if you are looking to save money and go with a 2.5 crush-bend piping set...you are really loosing about a 1/4 of an inch in each bend, effectively bringing your exhaust size down to 2.25...so go mandrel bend all the way or go with the 2.36...beside 2.36 flows just as well and sounds much better...IMO

Nitrous is like a hot chick with a STD..... you know you wanna hit it, but you are afraid of the consequences.....

Eww crush bend ftl. Always mandrel. I'll probably just go with the 2.36" catback, since there really aren't many 2.5" ones around, and I don't really want to look around for a good 2.5" muffler and do custom piping. Although, I hear that H22a is dyno proven a couple more hp on the 2.5".

Any word on how the Megan Racing 2.5" sounds compared to, say, Greddy Evo 2 or Apexi World Sport?

I know Megan Racing says it 2.5, but has anyone measured it? Because I think it will be like the others that are 60mm but I could be wrong. I would need to see the proof to believe that it's an actual 2.5" exhaust

Hey Paul, where'd you get your exhaust made at Johnny Franklin?

Megan Racing has the the Type 2 2.5" catback. That one is 2.5", its the NA and RS that are 2.38". I havent heard it on an Accord, but it sounds sweet on an S2000!
            I have the Type 2 for $310 + shipping.

PS I would actually sell this for $304 but Megan wont let its dealers sell for less than $310 or we get busted

Okay so now I'm looking at the Tsudo Type X catback. Anyone have this one? From what I've found out about it, it's a little raspy, but cost effective. Also it doesn't have the big ass N1 style muffler, so that's a plus.

I did a 2.5" mandrile bend non resinated system with a hi flow cat and a magen muffler with a 4" tip on it. sounds really nice paid 80 bucks for the custom exhaust and 80 for the hi flow cat
