Does Anyone Have A Chip On There Cb7?

I FOUND THIS CHIP CALLED SURGE STAGE 1,
ITS SUPPPOSE TO CHANGE THE TIMING MAKE EVERYTHING CHANGE AND GIVE U UP TO 35 AROUND THERE IT SAID,
BUT I DONT KNOW IF ANY OF U GUYS HAVE THAT CHIP OR HAVE ANY OTHER ONES?

i wouldn't use those so called performance chips because all they really do is make your car run rich.

i'd take that money and spend it on something proven to give your car a boost in performance like a more free flowing air filter or invest in some Royal Purple motor oil.

well i have my cousin he works for import tuner magazine as a technician and he has it on his civic the same one i posted there and it busted up his hp by 35 around there and faster times and accelaration,

i read Import Tuner every month actually but i still won't believe that "chip" actually boosts our HP by 35. something so simple as that tiny part, i gotta call BS because theres a ton of them floating around on Ebay where they promise crazy amounts of HP gains yet they only charge you like 5 bucks for the part and then 99* for shipping

even then where would you install it?

tried it bro the only reason most people dont do it its because they dont know how to solder or they scared to open an ECU

its fairly easy to do what it is is a pre tuned chip thats tuned for a I/H/E car

but since most people that buy the chip have fairly none of those it doesnt work for them i had even to coolant bypass whe i did the damn chip and my engine stayed the same, what i can tell u is 2 months later it fried my ECU

after that i got chipped and tuned PROFESIONALLY

What you posted is bullshit, don't waste your money, and start reading about what is involved to legitimetaly chip and tune your ECU.

my cousin is a proffesional thats why he works for import tuner,and works for nhra,
hes going to put the chip in for me and see how it busts up power,
just wannat est it out,
since my car is auto,
i am trying to aquiz out alot of hp out of my car,
and atleast try to be a fast auto car,
i know manual is better,and stuff like that,

already got the h23 intake with throttle body,
oredered headers and catback from hks all from my cousin

that's cool an all that you want to make your auto faster than stock but i wouldn't waste your money on that crap chip. if you search for past topics about those chips you'll see everytime people will convince the person looking to waste their money on them to not and to invest in something proven.

Putting a "chip" on a car with just intake, header, and exhaust will do nothing but make you run rich like Leung said.

aight yea i know about the exhaust and headers stuff like that,
i already had headers just oredered a couple new parts,
i am trying to build the internal of my motor,
but dont know what pistons should i use for a non turbo set up,just motor,
does any one here have a nice auto?
that has tried to build it crazy?
