How many gallons of gas to fill a 92 Accord?

Hi guys,
I need to know how many gallons our cars take; I read somewhere that takes 18 but the most I put on almost 100% empty was 15.5
Do you know exactly how many it takes.

And at the same time what mileage do you get per gallon?

The tank holds 17.4 gallons.

I get anywhere from 25-30 mpg.

15.5 empty plus 1.6 gallon reserve.

I have dirty EGR and EGR ports to I'm getting 18MPG.

Healthy ones should get more than 24MPG.

my friend said he put this gas cleaner or w/e in his tanks and i guess
it cleaned out all the gunk in it or something =)

Which would be right around what my capacity is too. The manual I think says that its supposed to be 17 gallons. That must be if its completely bone dry. I dont usually let my fuel light turn on before I fill up so that sounds about right..

I'd say it's probably close to that 15 gal mark since I run my tank down alot and the most gas I've ever been able to fit in from that is close to 15. 17 and 18 gals sounds off to me, but I have a 91lx too, the 92's and 93's might have larger tanks.

ahh thats right hes asking for 92 i also have 91lx and i never let the light come on means im suckin the bottom of the tank. i wont drink the last drink of a beer tastes nasty sure my car feels the same way about the last gallon

total amount of gas if u had a completely empty tank there is 17.x if you run it till your your car wont start its just over 16 ive drove mine till it died hehehe the standard size gas tank for that i know of 4th gen to 6th gen and im sure the newer one are the same with 17.4 gallon tanks
