ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Sorry, I thought you had F20B VTEC head,

Yes you just need a chipped P06 ECU.
Explain to the seller what setup you have and they should be able to make a solid map for you.

Make sure they know what they are doing though, I know Xenocron.com is reputable

I would be careful buying things like that on Ebay,

P06 is a Civic ECU and it says that it is an F22B ECU, so they may not know what they are talking about

I wouldn't trust anyone that will give it a "muggen" chip.

Talk to d112crzy here on the board. He won't bullshit you.

Also, you're NOT going to get any sort of worthwhile tune in the mail. The ECU needs to be tuned FOR YOUR ENGINE SPECIFICALLY. Anything else is to be considered a basemap, and not meant to run the engine for long.

The P06 is often used to tune for an F22B, but it's not an F22B ECU. That's a P39.

Honestly, with your setup, the PT3 or PT6 would probably work just fine. You don't NEED a custom tune... and it won't be cheap unless you know someone.

You'll need to wire in a knock sensor.

Just because your head has two cams doesn't mean anything. Your ECU doesn't know how many cams you have. The PT3 or PT6 will work just fine. Otherwise, get a custom tune (which will cost you money, because you know next to nothing about this stuff).

Trust me. I'm giving you your best options.

The PT6 comes in CB7s with the F22A6 engine, and is really only necessary if you have an intake manifold with IABs. Otherwise, the PT3 is fine. That comes in all F22A1 and F22A4 equipped cars.

The TCU doesn't matter. It just determines where your automatic transmission shifts.

Honestly, you should learn a thing or two about ECUs before you go messing with them. You clearly know nothing, and it could cause you some pretty serious problems if you screw something up.
