Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    difficulty m3's mirrors

    cant figure these mother f*$&%#'s out, need help. i have six wires coming out of the mirror.

    green
    yellow
    white

    and i also have

    blue
    black
    white

    what the f#$k goes where. these are m3 power with l.e.d. these things are pissing me off, ready to go back to stock.

    i got them but i dont even have the leds hooked up. i dont like them anyways, they dont go with the body. bout to get some f1s.

    but anyways are they power mirrors? is it 6 wires for one mirror or 3 for each?

      there are six wires for each mirror...

      3 are covered with black wire wrap and 3 are not..
      the three covered are green, white and yellow..
      the other three are blue white and black

        so they are not power then? maybe theres white and amber leds, one set of wires for the 2 colors idn?

        but im pretty sure that for one set theres ground, turn signals, and hazards. my turn signals blink fast and my hazards are slow.

        or actually it mostly likely power, ground, turn signal power
        and power, ground, hazard power

        edit:
        oh and maybe theres something for your lights being on?

          I'm not 100% sure about all the wiring colors.

          The black is ground
          Blue is for the blue led's on the turn signals
          White I believe is for the amber lights.

          I had some on my DX, I never got the power part hooked up, but, I did manage to get the led's to work, and those are the wires I found.
