ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

No they don't. All CB7's came with power steering from the factory. With some work a manual Civic rack might work. I'm not too sure about that though.

All you have to do is search. I see a question very similar to this one at least once a week. If you look about 5 threads down, you will see another thread of someone asking similar questions.

Here is the one I am talking about:

Just pulling the PS stuff will dry out the rack, and it will fail.

I've heard that there is a manual rack (not Manuel... that's a man's name) but I don't know if it actually exists. Something tells me there are CBs overseas that didn't come with PS (I doubt the 1.8L models had it...)

                F18 Carbed?
Im sure Blizz might know the answer to this.

Yeah, I think the F18 was carbed.

Blizz has some stuff going on right now, so I don't think he'll be chiming in anytime soon. Maybe Colin knows.

Dutch Accord also had the F18 carbed.
Does he have a pic of the engine before he swapped?

Guess I'll look it up when I get home.

I thought he had the F20... I swear he told me when he was here that the F18 didn't come to Europe (so if he had it, it may have been a swap). Of course, the day we hung out, I had just gotten off of work... and anyone that has talked to me after I work knows that I'm a little loopy...

F18A had power steering. Looks like ALL Accords had power steering.

There may have been some without... but if so, they're going to be hard to find!

Theres a cb with a v8 that's running a Flaming River manual steering rack, it's proabably a one off part though. But as far as an OEM rack, there were no cbs that came with manual steering to my knowledge.
