ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Need help diagnosing a few problems.

Recently I've been experiencing a few problems with my CB7. The big problem that worries me the most is that I supposedly have oil blow by in one or more of my F22a6's cylinders. The car doesn't smoke on start-up or when driving normally but when I have to get on the interstate or I'm passing on a small road the exhaust kicks out light colored smoke at around 4-5k rpm. I'm wondering if I have a more serious problem that just oil blow by. Anyone else experienced said problem before? What was the problem? What's the best fix?

Yesterday I ran into another one of my less serious but equally annoying problems. I live in Florida and as I jump into my seering hot car and flip the fan switch and... nothing. It was working fine after I recharged the system about 2 months ago. The clutch still engages and visually everything seems to still work. The entire AC system itself isn't more than 4 years old since it was fully replaced. Anyone have similar problems? Would the problem be the AC lines before/after the compressor? Not sure where to go with this one...

So far these are my major problems that I'd like to fix earlier rather than later. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

BTW, if anyone has some cheap stock front axles in good condition I'm interested in a pair since mine are clicking away at every turn. Been dissatisfied with junkyard finds lately...

I would assume it would be your piston rings that could be toast. When they get worn, the oil seeps in and its burned in the combustion chamber.

As for the fan, could be a break in the wires.

as for the axles I went to orilleys, I got the new ones, not the rebuilt ones!! it was like 5 dollars difference.. I paid like 75 bucks per axle... well worth it! lifetime gurantee too..
      just my 2 cents

is your blower motor coming on? if not, check the connector, under passenger side dash and also check for blown fuses
