ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

A friend of mine had a 95 accord and it snaped while going 80 mph and that engine was shot.
im guessing going higer speeds the chances higer to dead zone

I just bought a nice 93ex from a lady that had her timing belt snap for 100.00. it took me a while and some time reading here and great help from the members here. After a new timing belt water pump 2 exhaust valves balancer belt some shiny paint and a lot of time I got her running again. i would say it took me close to a month to get it done but it wanst working on it every day and all the time.
My recomindations is replace your timing belt balancer belt all the seals as well as your water pump your right there and it only takes a min to swap out. that way you know its good and one less thing to have on the back of your mind. Just look up the DIY and there is a video that i followed when i did mine. yes i tried to just replace the timing belt and found other bad things.
Good luck and dont gamble its really not worth it. unless you have to have a good excuse to get under your hood to put a port and polish on lol yes i did that too.

you are correct as they are 100% wrong. Sure the engine will survive...you'll just need new valves, new pistons, possibly a new head, etc etc____

Never chance it! Keep up with PMs. Its called an interference motor because when the timing between valves and pistons go out they interfere with each other. In other words----- SCATTER. Bad day!!http://WWW.DUBWISE.NET
