There was no 4th generation Prelude SH (which would be that year range). The Prelude SH was a 5th generation model, and it came with the H22.

The H23 is not an F22B. The H23 has more displacement, which means entirely different internals. The head is not identical. The sleeves are FRM, whereas the F22B's sleeves are iron. The H23's ECU is the P14, whereas the F22B's ECU is the P39. (yes, I faked ignorance... I do actually know quite a bit about the F22B... it's nothing new)
