ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

All lights come ON when ignition ON

i have a 96 Accord....I just bought the car....it has some aftermarket headlights that look they are from ebay....When i turn the ignition to on KOEO all the lights in the car turn on headlights, taillights, glove box, license plate all of them. With the ignition off the light switch work fine, parking, running and highs. Any ideas on what the problem migh be please let me know.....thanks!

Look under the dash and at the fuse box under the dash and if you see any non oem wires take a pic of it and post it.

someone has done some hack wiring? does it haave an aftermarket deck?

take it out and see if they jumped power wires to other circuits.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

maybe the lighting relay under the hood is going bad.that relay controls all the lights.

Another symthom is that the wipers stay ON even if the wiper switch is in the OFF position. As long as the Ignition switch is in the ON position lights and wipers stay ON. The car does have some extra non factory wiring. will be taking out the fusebox tomorrow to see if i can see so obvious wires shorting....

there is going to be more obvious things than the fuse box, look in areas where people rigg stuff first. like under the dash and behind the deck.

hope you didnt pay alot for the car.
