ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Before you do anything to any engine, please research the parts and equipment that you would like to run.
This is my set up for my N/A H22A.
Head:
-New Valve Job
-New Valve Stem Seals
-Supertech Valvesprings(yet to purchase)
-Supertech Retainers(yet to purchase)
-Blox Type B Cams
-Skunk2 Cam Gears
-Poormans EuroR IM
-P2R IM gasket
-IM Coolant By-pass
-70MM TB(yet to purchase)
-Kiddracing Tri-Y header
Block:
-Type S Pistons
-ARP Headstuds
-ARP Rod Bolts
-ACL Race Bearings
-Balance Shaft belt delete(or use the cheap way to delete shafts)
And I will be doing all of this while keeping A/C and P/S.
With this set up, I'm hoping to see about 210-215whp with a good tune.
But...only time will tell. I'm getting it dyno'd in feb.

I'd personally say go boost with the H22. So much capability there.

AC can be retained with a manifold designed to leave room for it. The common affordable log manifolds, or the fancy ramhorn manifolds, usually don't allow for AC, because they stick the turbo and piping right where the AC stuff goes.
If your CB7 is your only car, and you drive it a lot (and need to for work, school, life, etc...) then boosting it, especially on a stock block, may not be wise.
I would never boost my daily driver. Of course, I drive 1500 miles a week... or more.

260whp would require a LOT of work, and an engine that can rev very high... that would add plenty of stress as well. Your best bet if you want a lot of power is to get another car. Either another project, or another daily, and put your CB down as a project.
I have my 92 Accord, and my daily is an 09 Fit. The Fit has 103,000 miles on it already.
The Accord used to be my work car, but I didn't want to kill it. The Fit won't last for the 6 years that I financed it, unfortunately... but I do my best to keep it reliable. Which includes leaving it 100% stock (aside from the wheels... and maybe HIDs...)
