ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    power steering leakage :(

to be more specific its where the gearbox and my driver side axle connect which has a worn out ball joint seems good tho just a bit torn rubber i dont hear any clunk or grinding noise only a leak could it be by replacing the ball joint? is it normal for the ball joint to have power steering fluid in it if it wasn't torn out ???????? also other affect cars seems to pull either way on a uneven pavement but its not the alignment since it does goes straight on a flat pavement? cars failing omfg#$%^[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]
from wht i seen its coming from inside the ball joint rubber its really hard to see exactly the leakage start point

no its the internal seals in your R&P. Putting a new boot or inner tierod won't help. You've either got to rebuild the R&P w/ all new seals...about 60-65 bucks using Honda parts or get a Remanufactured one (easier option) for around 200 w/ your core. I got a NAPA one and put that in, it comes w/ new inner tierods so if your inner's are worn...might as well get a reman'd one.

hey did you end up fixing your power steering? I have a power steering leak too except i've been searching and searching and everyone else's problem is involves the rack or rubber hoses. I've been leaking for a while but finally figured out its ps fluid cause my reservoir is emptying fast and turning when driving is becoming harder. I raised the car and found a metal line soaked in fluid and completely rusted, its in the picture from this thread, at the bottom of the pic theres a little pan? with a hole in the bottom (this is all full of fluid for me and one of the lines on top of it is the problem) My question really is if i can just replace the metal line or do you guys think i have to replace more?
