Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    various questions....

    okay i got a couple of questions...

    1) i want to upgrade my front brakes & do rotor over hub i saw the thread i think i got the right parts but i was thinking instead of 4 lug can i use a 5lug hub instead?

    2)im swapping in an H22 & finding the stock ecu hasnt been that easy i found this guy who had a JDM DOHC F22 (Blue Top) & he was running an POA ecu i did research & that ecu comes off an 94accord single Vtec motor. being that he used it on his DOHC im assuming it was chipped or something; but can i use that ecu for my H22?

    3)this accually goes with #1 i got my bracket & caliper off a CRV i didnt notice the YR but the caliper had 15V on it & the bracket 23T that should work for the R-O-H conversion right?

    im sure i got more questions once i think of them i'll add them lol

    now i remember the other ? ; is there a difference between 2dr & 4dr exhuast pipping?? to me the cars look about the same in length...

      1) I believe there is a 5-lug DIY floating around somewhere. If not, i know it can be done, because numerous members have done it. They've used CRV parts, BB6 parts...I dont know if anyone has done ROH 5-lug though.

      2) I would get the ECU from the car you got the engine from. If you got the motor online or just the motor, then look for a Prelude/BB4 ECU online. Im not sure what other ECUs you can run with an H22, but im sure with the right tune, anything could be done.

      And i dont believe there is a difference in coupe and sedan exhaust.

        thanks for clarifing those things & about tht ecu i would love the stock1 but no1 local has it ; but yeah i was thinking instead of using the CL hub if i could use maybe a prelude or crv 5lug hub might as well do tht if it works if not i'll just stick to my plans lol

          bumppp anyone know about tht 5 lug hub/spindle??
