Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    trans need help asap

    well today i was driveing my cb from work and i was going to get sothing to eat and my car would not shift no longer i get in the parking lot and check the linkage and it was all good my buddy came up and to the linkege of of the shifter and he got my car to go in 1st thats it what could be wrong help asap.....

    it just happened out of no where? no previous problems? any recent mods? could be siezed tranny? or bad clutch i couldn't tell you exactly from your information here

      it has a new clush in it and put a prelude shifter and to the trans no mods to it and yea it happend out of no wherer....

        well i looked at it today and i took the shifter box apart and there seem something missing to hold one of the shifters in to place.. i think thAt is i going to the jy and seaing if there is something missing

              no it was in side of trans......... box its the shifter that hooks to the linkege there is s bolt in that box and it snaped off why i was driveing my cb . all of the conterpins where in the places they shude be .....

                happens to me too, out of no where it will not let me go into any gear, i'll try and put in in third (kinda the only one it'll get into) but it will just grind, even with the clutch fully pressed, i turn the car on n off a few times, n it goes away, i have no clue what it could b happened just a few hours ago, while i was in the middle of the road, luckily i got to pull over, but yea, def. a problem

                  Yea check the box that the linkage go to and look
                  at that that sounds like what's going on with my car

                      Hea u all well i rebuilt the shifter box on top of trans. well when i got that all done i got all gears but 3rd and i dont no why need help....
