ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Spacers

I found these for sale, but I think I would need longer studs eh?

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

5-10mm will be fine. but i and probably any others would suggest longer studs tho.

I would go no more than 5mm for the spacer using the OEM studs and also make sure you're using the right type of lug nut as well. The integra type r wheels are ball seat as well as all other OEM wheels

i wouldnt even run 5mm spacers with the stock lugs, i was with mike (greencb7inkc) when his lug nuts started to strip because there wasnt enough thread for them to bite fully onto and he's only running a 5mm spacer so his ITR's clear his brake calipers

i was running 5mm spacers on my front studs. you'll be ok as long as you dont cross thread or tighten the lug nuts too much. you friend probably didnt know what he was doing. a lot of CB7 owners up here run 5mm spacers for their ITRs up here and havent had any problems.

I too would not go more than 5mm spacers on stock studs.

Also did you notice the center bore is different from our CB7. The CB7's center bore is 64.1. So you will have to get 2mm hubcentric rings to compensate for the difference. Which is pointless when you can just buy proper fitting 64.1 hubcentric spacers.

Remember the point of a hubcentric spacer is to distribute the cars weight on to hub (very strong) and not directly onto the studs.

Dont cheap out on something like this. Spend a few extra bucks and buy a quality product. Your playing with your life if this fails

I run 25mm H&R hubcentric adapters with ARP studs

yeah i think he was running 1/4" spacers which equates to about 7mm, and he may not have been using the correct Ballseat lugnuts.
