ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Motor mounts

Okay so i tried searching for the answers but it started giving me a headache using my Ipod to do so, so ill just ask here... I want to know if there are any other brands of motor mounts that are good quality besides Hasport .. I know Hasport mounts are the best, but want to see if there is any other brands out there for our cb's. Besides i dont like to have the same brands as everyone else, so if there is another up and coming quality brand i might be willing to try them out.... Also do the 5th gen accords use different mounts because i found a brand called "Drop Engineering" which seemed pretty good and were selling for $320 ... Thanx in advance for your input

Member Shop here on the board. I recommend them. I also used their mounts when I converted my old Auto to a manual. Solid, will probably outlive your CB. Should give them a call.....Couple of people have these mounts. There is a 700+whp CD5 that has them and he likes them too from what I have read.

CB and CD F/H Series Motor Mount Kits 5 spd and Auto to 5 spd conv.

If you really wanted to, you could fill a set of motor mounts with poly.

I too have the ESP mounts.

Your welcome and ask for John, he is one of the nicest people there is and will work with you on what u need, well worth the money, don't go and rig stuff up like some people do. lol. My engine doesnt move at all, and i dont even have the front torque mount, not even needed. Alot of space that frees up..

ESP is the only company I'd trust for performance CB mounts.
The only thing Hasport has for us that I'm aware of is the K-series swap mounts. I would certainly trust them as well, but I don't think they make CB mounts for the F or H motors (though I haven't looked...)
