ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Seafoam? Or No Seafoam?

I was just wondering if I should use seafoam for my 92 Accord EX with a F22A6 in it. I was told I could use it in my oil, gas, and intake. Would this really help?
    Thanks in advance.

I am an avid fan of Seafoam, so yes, USE IT! Yes you can use it every place you described. If you do end up putting it in your crankcase, you have to get an oil change within 500 miles....unless you're deev.

Awesome. Im about to do this now. Are there different types to use for each part, or do I use the same kind for oil, gas and intake? I noticed theres no spray nozzle on it so how do I put in in intake?

            Here:

But you have to use this spot on our cars to add it to the intake:

Personally I'd change the oil ALOT sooner than 500 miles. It will froth almost instantly and start doing work. It's just too much to risk by leaving it in there that long, in my entirely opinionated view. I don't even like putting it in the crankcase for that very purpose.

However, it would be cool to see an unbiased test with an engine that has sludge build up using Seafoam to see if they can improve the problem.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

I can't speak on the crankcase, but as far as the head goes, I can. When I opened up my A1 for the rebuild, the chambers and valves were VERY clean. I don't expect the crankcase to be as clean because there's no heat and flame to burn the carbon off. But yes, this would be a good test to see.

Please make sure you follow the videos instructions, and be careful, as stated, that smoke cloud WILL be HUGE and it will last for a bit.

Just for reference, this is mine:
