ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Its difficult parts wise, i know how you feel trust me!

At the time i was sorting my exhaust out i found mine on German ebay, however ive just looked, and although German ebay is good for CB parts doesnt have any manifolds at the moment sadly.

I bought a dizzy and red/clear rear lights from ebay US and they wack £20 customs tax on the price, at the door! But it doesnt matter, as the prices on ebay US is ridiculously cheap. It was cheaper to buy my dizzy from US and pay the postage and customs tax, than to buy a dizzy from UK. Crazy system.

Remember the 5th gen Accord in the UK came with a F20z engine, so ports wise etc will fit. But 5th gen Accord also came with other engines as mentioned above, which wont fit.

My advice is if you have bought a F20z port dimensioned manifold, then keep that and weld the flexi area to required length. failing that, box it, and sell it. And get something off ebay US.

      Thanks Marcus, great input!

Well the above post mentioning different port positions : O OO O/O O O O

Was on the money, I'd bought the entirely wrong manifold. The ad didn't specify which F20 it was for, and I didn't know.think to check.

So I'm returning the Manifold, luckily the company accepts returns.

And today I had my old downpipe repaired, flexi strengthened and refitted a modified North/South Bar with exhaust hanger to support the flexi/cat. Also had to drill out the sheared studs from the upper manifold and fit nuts/bolts to secure that down.

So far, such a massive improvement, quiet and powerful!

Thank you all for such good insights, I'll be more careful ordering parts, next time.

      -Tom.
