Check Engine Light After Swap

I didn't do the swap in my car but it currently runs perfectly and the seller told me that it came on after the swap and its no big deal. I've gone over the whole engine and everything is operating fine so is there something specific I need to do since the swap was done to get the code to go away?

Also Autozone wont read the code because they only do OBD2 motors.

Or better yet, read the thread at the top of this section marked "READ HERE FIRST", which shows you how to do it, in detail, with pictures.

If you have a CEL, something is NOT operating fine.
