ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

or high 14s if you're a great driver. i ran 14.7s in my 2000 lx cord cpe (stock 93 jdm h22 w/ h23 manual trans). so i'd imagine you would have the same results or better since your car is lighter.

locally here at the 1/4 track ive seen em do mid 15s.. most of em.. but its mostly because of shitty drivers... really.. launching around 5k (from what it sounds like).. is just a no no

ur track is corrupt if u were running a 15.4 with ur STOCK f22a6.. no one in hell.. seriously.. not being an ass or anything.. but thats like almost a second faster than what most ppl can get.. (and thats with some minor bolt ons)

and ur h22a time being 16.1 is driver error.. or a shitty swap.. uve gained about 40whp and yet are putting down a slower time..

out of curiosity what were ur 60 fts in the single cam??? trap speed?

Or you were asleep at the lights but thats quite a long time. You should be runnin mid 15 even if you take off shitty. My first time at the track with the h22 i ran a 15.9 frikkin wheelspin plus base F tranny so shifts take forever. My best time that night was 15.7 but it could have been improved if i cut my reaction times better plus im gonna be headin back with my new tranny soon so yea LSD yesss BTW yes i know those are shitty times.

15.4 sounds like an h22 time and 16.1 sounds like an f22a6 time with I/H/E and a few other goodies. something isnt right about that time and if you've been racing for several years you should know that

i'd like to hear trap speeds too... that boggles my mind if its the truth...

stock f22a6 with all accessories installed and hooked up.and i lied it was a 15.54 not a 15.4 sorry.

h22 with act clutch, aem cam gears, unorthodow lightened crank pulley and no pstg.traction was an issue, and i do have the f22 tranny still that does kill it,and ive got auto cams soon to be changed.

                      h22 run.

anyways there it is guys im going to still get a better time im going to switch the cams and tranny and some slicks and then the number should fall,i hope lol.and the reaction time has nothing to do with your time only how fast you react to the lights.you can sit there all day after it turns green it wont trip the clock till you roll across the line and then your time starts.

                        I ran 16.1 stock with my f22a1.

Now to answer the question, the times very greatly due to different drivers. A h22a with a f22 or h22 tranny should run mid 14s all day long. The normal driver will run a low to mid 15 tho. Same with a prelude.

that trap speed you put down is insanly high for a f22 as the best I've see stock is around 85 mph. There is something wrong with your h22 or your spinning like crazy off the line to have a trap speed of only 90 mph. I've never trapped lowered than 96+ granny shifting.

That is true i forgot the beams time you after you roll past the stage. But still i dunno im runnin the F tranny from the base model prelude and i still netted around 15.7-15.9 with traction issues going into second. Didnt feel like launching my car high because id spin the shit out of em and was too lazy to lower tire pressure a lil.

i know this is the noob forum but we all should follow the rules

                            7. Please don't post hypothetical threads. No "will my car beat car x?" or "what will my car run with part x?". No one can answer these questions for sure, and they can only lead to flaming. If you want to know, find out for yourself!
