Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Windows out of alignment/all 1-touch-down

    My driver front window, which is power, rolls up and down fine but when i roll it up all the way its pushed forward and theres about a 1/4-1/2 inch opening so i have to drop an ing, roll it bakc up, drop it, roll it up, etc until its decently closed(imagine my fears when it rains) and the passenger window only rolls down maybe half way..and that after putting in a new motor and everything. someone told me it probably needs to be re-aligned, if anyone knows what else it might be, let me know.
    Hey, while im at it, what do you guys think of the possibilty of putting "one-touch auto-down" on all four windows???

    Most likely the window regulator and motor have gone bad.
    This happen to my Accord too, the rear drivers side didn't roll all the way up and one night it rained. The next day...soaked back seat

    The best thing you can do is visit a junkyard and buy a used regulator and motor...or visit the "FOR SALE" forum(when you can that is ). They are inexpensive compared to visiting the dealership or Majestic Honda for a brand new one.

    Have you tried to open the door panel and examine the alignment?

    As for one touch all windows up or down...that'll be cool. You would need a relay and switches that control that...a pretty nice project I would have to say.
