ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Well if they were street legal we would be driving with them everywhere wouldnt we. They arent legal or not that I know of. A lotta people use them at shows and such. You might be able to get away with driving with one as your front plate and having the normal plate in the back but thats a rare occasion. I could be wrong but I havent seen anyone driver around with JDM plates only use them for show.

NOPE....not here in california....but me, JDMkid and a few others that rock'em really don't give a @#!~. I've got pulled over 5x so far and luckily got warnings everytime. One cop told me it's not legal coz "Street cameras" need to take a picture of your front plate if u run a redlight. For the same reason, it's not legal to rock the plate on the dashboard inside the car.....my friend got pulled over for that.

I see BMW and VW people rock Euro license plates......however i've noticed one guy has a euro plate but with his real california license #'s on them... still I don't think it's legal to do it this way, but eh.

i dont think that the 5-0 would care if you put one on the front of your car if you lived in a state that required only rear plates.

that's what i thought because here in Cincinnati, i was told we need to have the front plate on so that the cameras at intersections can take pics of your car, but then again, i drive all the time with no front plate on my Dakota and no one has ever said anything. same with my mother who refuses to drill holes into her front bumper.

Yeah well, if you live in a state that requires front plates, of course rolling with this plate will get you in trouble. But I can do whatever, because I only need a rear plate in NC.

I think some vehicles don't even have a place to hold a front license plate. If I remember right, I think some vettes (not sure exactly what year) but don't have a spot for it....unless it was put there already.
