ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Eh, transmission right? Well, look near the passenger wheel. Actually right on the other side of the fender. You will find a circular shaped protrusion at the bottom on the transmission, it will have aq square hole in it. I am pretty sure it is for a 3/8'' drive socket, stick the ratchet in there and unscrew it.

Now for the fill bolt, it is up and to the left (looking from the passenger wheel in) from the drain bolt. This one is like a 5/9'', best to use a box wrench on it.

Also, to fill it up, attach a funnel to a hose and feed it down through the engine bay to the fill hole for the tranny. I used duct tape the attach the funnel to the hose. Mind as well use synthetic as well since you dont change it very often. Fill it up until it starts pouring out the bottom hole and you're good to go.

Also if you have a MT, you will have to pump the tranny oil from the bottom, since there is no way to fill your tranny from the top of your engine bay.

For manual trannys hondas use 10w30 motor oil. For best results use honda manual transmisson fluid(10w30) from your local honda dealer.

Also don't forget new drain and fill bolt crush washers!

the drain plug is on the bottom edge of the passenger side of the tranny, its the only bolt that doesnt have a hex head, its a 3/8" drive hole that you stick a ratchet into to turn. to refill, there is a metal tube (supposed to have a rubber cap on it) sticking straight up from the center of the top of the tranny. its a breather hole, pull the cap off and push a rubber hose onto it and then a funnel into the other end of the rubber hose, and you can fill it from there. 1.9 quarts.
