ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Aftermarket might be better, but not everyone has the money to go get some. If your on a budget, and aftermarket is too expensive the Type-S pistons will be fine, and still better than your stock ones. I would do it also if the car is just a daily driver and not the track car. BTW what engine are you going to swap them into? Good luck with the new pistons.

11.0:1 Compression requires good gas...but since your already running the h22a I would think you know that already.

You'll want a custom tune. Get a P28 ECU from a 92-95 Civic EX/Si. Take your car to a shop with a dyno and an experienced tuner... and pay. Have it done right, and you'll have an efficient, powerful car.
I had MRX tune my P28, and my car has neve been more efficient. I still need to make a couple adjustments (we didn't use a dyno, we were fairly rushed, and my car was only equipped with a few of the necessary things) but his work was outstanding.
Another option is to contact him and see what you can do. I know at one time he was willing to do a long distance tune... basically, you get the equipment, you do the datalogging, send the files to him, and he interprets and adjusts it. I don't know if he'd be willing or not though... but it's worth asking!
Off topic: I see in your sig that you're going with Stage 3 Crower cams (camshafts... not cams and shaft... the cams ARE the shafts). Stage 3 will be irritating as hell to drive if you're not going race... I don't know if you get crazy points for wild cams at a show, but if not, I would suggest Stage 1... or the Stage 2 hybrid model (where the small lobes are mild, and the VTEC lobes are wild... you lose some middle, but the car is MUCH nicer to drive on a daily basis!)
Also, don't bother tuning your ECU until you get those cams... they will change everything!

I recommended camshafts already. Crower Stage 1 or the Stage 2 with the smaller primary lobes. Call Crower and tell them what you're looking for. They can work with you. Skunk2 is always good as well, or JUN if you have money. Don't just go for the biggest cam you can find... a Stage 3 camshaft is a full race cam in most cases. Gas mileage will be horrible, idle will be lumpy, and low end power will be nonexistant. Unless you feel like driving around town at 6000rpm, your car will suck with big cams. If it's JUST a show or project car, then yeah, go for it... but not if you plan on driving it regularly.
The JDM H22 header is actually quite good. Anything with a 2" collector will give you NO gains, so don't bother unless you want the bling factor. If you want to make some more power, and don't mind spending money, look into RMF. Call them, give them your specs, and they can design a header based on your engine. It's one of the best you can get.
