ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

What kind of headlights are those? Maybe a link to somewhere that I could purchase them? Greatly appreciated. Thanks

they are stock headlights with the following modifications:

      1. black corner lenses, you can get them on ebay
      2. inner housings painted black. search this site (especially the DIY section) for guides how to do "blackhousing" headlights.
      3. yellow high beam bulbs
      4. DRLs (daytime running lights)... they turn the highbeam bulbs on at low intensity at all times when the car is running, but turn off and go back to working as regular high-intensity highbeams when you turn the lowbeams on. this is a standard feature on canadian cars, and you can rig up a DRL control module to make your headlights do the same.

yes and yes. but check the applications, the corner lenses you linked to are for 92-93 and the bumper lenses are 90-91. make sure you get the correct years.

i had DRLs for a while, accordztech and myself figured out how to get the module made by Insight hooked up. they used to be common on ebay (search "Insight DRL" or at least... "DRL module" and you could probably find something that you can use) but i think the actual Insight ones are hard to find now. as far as getting the parts from a canadian CB7, im sure you could, but youd need to get all of the relays and control boxes and connectors. and where they all are, i have absolutely no idea.

FYI, you can edit your existing posts in case you want to add/change it, like for example, the three posts above.

Hey Corn Flakes, actually the DRL Module here in Canada, i live in Toronto, is kinda expensive in terms of everything you need. If you go to the dealership expect to pay quite a bit, but if one were to go to a junk yard its pretty cheap. I can find out prices for you if your interested once i get off work.
