ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

you have to be an ass about it. This is the forum where new people post anyway. To answer your question, yes you can install an intercooler but it would just act as a very big intake. Without a turbo charger the intercooler doesnt do much, and isnt worth spending money on with a turbokit.94 DB8: SOLD

Well the main purpose of an intercooler is to cool the air before it reaches the intake manifold on a boosted vehicle.. Without a turbo it wouldnt do anything, but act as a long coldair intake.... My advice to you is not to waste you time or money unless you plan on turboing your car....

How am I a ass about it? If anything, I am helping him. Think of how much people will laugh at him. http://search.ebay.com/search/search...ake&category0=
At least this will be somewhat useful. A good turbo kit will range anywhere from $1100-2000.

I would think that regular intake air temp is still cooler than if it were to go through a turbocharged car intercooler system...know what i mean?

a turbo compresses the air to say 10psi, in doin that the air heats up when it compressed so a intercooler cools down that air cuz a cold intake charge is more dense so u can have more air which then = more fuel = more power

Intercoolers are to cool the intake charge from a turbo. They have absolutely NO function without a turbo.
If you know what you're doing, you can build and install a turbo kit for under $1000. However, considering the original topic of this thread, you don't know what you're doing. I suggest you read everything you can about turbos.
